It is also possible to expand this type to a 4-person house, at the expense of the sauna. This cozy home was designed and built in the Netherlands. The Parelzicht has good insulation, double glazing and plastic window frames, so the house can be used all 12 months of the year. The finish of wood and black window frames and elements on the outside make the house look modern yet natural.
